With plenty of forward work in the pipeline, we're on the lookout for experienced heavy machinery and excavation operators.

In this role, you would play an important part in our residential earthwork projects such as foundation and driveway digouts. You will take pride in your high standard of work, have the ability to gel with our team, and be prepared to get stuck in and complete whatever tasks are required. Team and cultural fit are of as equal importance to your technical ability and experience. 

 

We're looking for someone with:   

• Extensive excavator experience 

• Hold a valid operator licence

• Proficiency with the use of tablets, smartphones, and construction management software e.g. Buildertrend (preferred but not essential)

• Construct Safe, Site Safe, and First Aid certifications (preferred but not essential)

 

A bonus if you have experience in: 

• Landscaping (Hardscaping)

• Drainage 

• Carpentry 

 

Minimum 3-5 years of experience, A full, clean (manual) NZ driver's licence, and a can-do attitude are essential to fit within our team culture and succeed in this role.
