You will be involved in planning, organising, and controlling activities and operations as both parts of a crew and individually assigned tasks.  All work is to be completed to the customer's satisfaction, and all targets (safety, quality, and productivity) are met.

 

You will be expected to work ‘hands-on’ and have experience in a variety of building industry-related projects. The role also requires a high standard of personal presentation and workmanship together with strong customer service skills.

 

We're looking for someone with:   

• Trade qualification – LBP certification preferred but not essential

• An organised and systematic approach to the working environment, strong planning skills

• Proficiency with the use of tablets, smartphones, and construction management software e.g. Buildertrend (preferred but not essential)

• Construct Safe, Site Safe, and First Aid certifications (preferred but not essential)

A minimum of 3-5 years of carpentry experience, A NZ driver's license, and a can-do attitude are essential to fit within our team culture and succeed in this role.
