About the role

As a Landscape Foreman, you'll be our leader onsite undertaking landscaping in a hands-on capacity whilst working closely with our general manager and senior project manager.

Focusing largely on residential work, you will need to be an accomplished hard and soft landscaper with experience laying decks and placing concrete. Good time management and planning are essential as you'll be liaising with multiple parties including the client onsite, subcontractors, and suppliers.  

Supervision of multiple team members onsite will also be required. The role also requires a high standard of personal presentation and workmanship together with strong customer service skills.

We're looking for someone with:   

• Hardscaping experience 

• Extensive excavator experience 

• Proficiency in demonstrating the safe use of power tools   

• Proficiency with the use of tablets, smartphones, and construction management software e.g. Buildertrend (preferred but not essential)

• Construct Safe, Site Safe, and First Aid certifications (preferred but not essential)

A bonus if you have experience in: 

• Paving & masonry 

• Concrete formwork

• Brick and block laying

• Drainage 

• Carpentry 

• Concrete placing and finishing

Minimum 3-5 years of landscaping experience, A full (manual) NZ driver's license, and a can-do attitude are essential to fit within our team culture and succeed in this role.
