Ryan Dench: A Leader in Construction and a Proud North Cantabrian
Born and bred in Woodend, Ryan Dench is a proud North Cantabrian through and through. With a background as a qualified carpenter, Ryan has seamlessly transitioned into the role of Project and Site Manager at Beach Bay Group, where he oversees the construction and building division and plays a key role in the growth of the Evolution Homes brand.
Outside of work, Ryan's passion extends to the rugby field, where he has proudly represented North Canterbury. He's also a highly regarded member of the Kaiapoi Rugby Football Club. At home, Ryan and his wife are undertaking the renovation of a century-old bungalow—a project that's keeping them busy and fulfilled. Their family has expanded with the arrival of two young boys.
